■ 原理 principle
◎ 經(jīng)加熱(或除濕)的空氣以適宜的噴動速度從干燥機底部進入攪拌 破碎干燥室,對物料產(chǎn)生強烈的剪切、吹浮、旋轉(zhuǎn)作用,于是物料受 到離心、剪切、碰撞、磨擦而被微粒化,行成較大的比表面積,強化 了傳質(zhì)傳熱。在干燥室底部,較大較濕的顆粒團在粉碎刀的作用下被 機械破碎,濕含量較低、顆粒度較小的顆粒被旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流夾帶上升,在 上升過程中進一步干燥,并被分級。
◎ Hot air enters into stirring and crushing and drying chamber from the bottom of dryer with suitable atomizing speed.It exerts strong shearing,blowing,floating and rotating effect to raw material.therefore raw material is granulated through centrifuge,shearing,impacting and friction effect.It strengthens the process of geat exchange.At the bottom of dryer,the lage and damp granule is crushed under the action of stirer and the granule that is small in partical and contain less moisture will lift accompainied with revolving air stream.During the periaod of lift,it is dried further.Because gas and solid two phase flow in rotating and the intertia of solid phase is more than that of gas and the relative velocity between solid and gas phase is large,so it strengthens the process of heat exchange.therefore the machine has strong drying capacity.

1.干燥粘性物料:干燥器錐體結(jié)構(gòu)、氣流對器壁的沖刷和攪拌器的結(jié)構(gòu), 決定了能處理粘性的物料。 2.干燥熱敏性物料:由于干燥時間短,物料與熱空氣相對速度大且zui熱空 氣不與已干物料直接接觸,故適用熱敏性物料。
3.干燥強度高:由于干燥過程中物料受到破碎、沖刷、碰撞,表面積增大, 強化了干燥;同時由于zui熱空氣不直接接觸已干物料,可以使進風溫度高 于物料熔點,因此該設(shè)備干燥強度高。
4.有效控制終水份和細度:通過干燥塔內(nèi)設(shè)置內(nèi)置物(旋流片、淘析環(huán)或分 級器),并與進出風溫度的統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào),對終水份各成品細度加以有效控制。
5.環(huán)保達標:系統(tǒng)在微負壓下操作,消除對操作環(huán)境污染,并根據(jù)不同物料 采用不同的除塵方式各除塵材質(zhì)(脈沖袋式除塵器、水浴除塵器、文丘 里濕式除塵器等)
6.自動連續(xù)加料和出料:根據(jù)不同的物料,加料器和出料器采取不同的形 式 ,以達到自動、連續(xù)加料和順暢出料的目的。
7.*功率匹配:根據(jù)不同的物料性質(zhì)(密度、堆密度、粘度、細度、初 水份、終水份、休止角等),鼓風機、引風機、攪拌器、加料器等配備zui 佳功率。
