YP 系列盤式連續(xù)干燥機(jī)
(一)干燥盤
采用夾層式換熱,可由蒸汽、熱水、導(dǎo)熱油加 熱,一般夾層壓力≤0.4MPa,高壓可以訂做。
(二)物料傳送系統(tǒng)
1. 主軸轉(zhuǎn)速:1-10轉(zhuǎn)/分, 電磁或變頻無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速。
2. 耙臂:每層干燥盤上有2-8支固定在主軸上的耙 臂。
3. 耙葉:絞接在耙臂上, 能隨盤面上下浮動(dòng)保持接 觸, 有多種形式。
4. 碾滾:對(duì)易結(jié)塊和需要破碎的物料,在適當(dāng)位 置配加碾滾,可以強(qiáng)化傳熱和干燥過(guò)程。
(三)殼體 有常壓、密閉、真空三種型式
1. 常壓型:圓筒或八棱柱形,有整體和對(duì)開(kāi)兩種 結(jié)構(gòu)。加熱介質(zhì)進(jìn)出口主管道可以在殼體內(nèi),也可 以在殼體外。
2. 密閉型:圓筒形殼體,能承受5Kpa內(nèi)壓,加熱 介質(zhì)進(jìn)出口主管道可以在殼體內(nèi),也可以在殼體 外。
3. 真空型:圓筒形殼體,設(shè)計(jì)壓力為外壓0.1MPa, 加熱介質(zhì)進(jìn)出口主管道在殼體內(nèi)。
(四)空氣加熱器 一般在蒸發(fā)量較大的情況下使用, 以增強(qiáng)干燥效 率。YP 系列盤式連續(xù)干燥機(jī)
1. Drying plate
(1) Desiging pressure: general is 0.4MPa, Max. can reach 1.6MPa.
(2) Work pressure: general is less than 0.4MPa, and max. can reach 1.6MPa.
(3) Heating medium:steam, hot water,heat transfer oil. When the drying plates’ temperature is 100℃, hot water can be used ; when 100℃~150℃,it will be satu- rated water steam ≤0.4MPa or steam-gas, an when 150℃~320℃,it will be heat transfer oil; when >320℃ it will be heated by electric, oil or fused salt.
2. Material transmission system
(1) Main shaft revoluton: 1~10rpm, electromagnetism or stepless speed regulation by inverter.
(2) harrow arm: There are 2 to 8 pieces arm that be fixed on the headstock on the every layers.
(3) Harrow’s blade: Surrounding the harrow’s blade, float together with the surface of the plate to keep contact. There’re various of types.
(4) Roller: for the products easily agglomerate, or with the requirements of grinding, the heat transfer and drying process might be reinforced by placing roller(s) at the appropriate place(s).
3.Shell
There’re three types for option: normal pressure, sealed and vacuum

(2) Sealed: Cylindrical shell, could bear the interior pressure of 5KPa, the main ducts of the inlet and outlet of heating media might be inside of the shell or outside.
(3) Vacuum: Cylindrical shell, could bear the exterior pressure of 0.1MPa. The main ducts of inlet and outlet is inside of the shell.
4. Air heater
Normal for the application of big evaporation capacity to increase drying efficiency.
