◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后停機(jī)，開啟機(jī)蓋，人工用卸料，完成一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。

Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth forms a cake.While liquid phase through gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turns down the machine,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished.

1、平板為Q235A包襯不銹鋼。 2、轉(zhuǎn)鼓部件除轉(zhuǎn)鼓底為鑄鐵包襯不銹鋼外其余全部采用不銹鋼。 3、軸承座采用鑄鋼件包襯不銹鋼。 4、機(jī)殼、機(jī)蓋包括附屬品全部采用不銹鋼。 5、直聯(lián)電機(jī)外部與物料接觸部分包襯不銹鋼。 6、平衡缸采用不銹鋼制作。		1）Flat plate is made of Q235A carbon steel coated by stainless steel. 2）Drum base is made of cast iron coated stainless steel,other parts of drum is fully stainless steel. 3）Bearing pedestal is made of cast iron coated stainless steel. 4）Shell,top lid and belongings are made of stainless steel. 5）Direct-connected motor parts contact material are coated stainless steel. 6）Balance cylinder is made of stainless steel.
