◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分離物料由進料管進入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達到分離要求后切斷電源，用制動裝置使轉(zhuǎn)鼓停止回轉(zhuǎn)，打開上蓋，由人工清除濾餅。

Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth and forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,use braking unit stop drum running,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished.

3、設備主要零部件表面均采用精密拋光處理、圓滑過渡，晶粒不易破壞，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，方便清洗。

4、可配套變頻程序控制系統(tǒng)，啟動平穩(wěn)，能耗或回饋制動，更安全。

1、平板為Q235A包襯不銹鋼。 2、轉(zhuǎn)鼓部件除轉(zhuǎn)鼓底為鑄鐵包襯不銹鋼外其余全部采用不銹鋼。 3、機殼、機蓋包括附屬品全部采用不銹鋼。 4、平衡缸采用不銹鋼制作。 5、軸承座采用鑄鋼件(ZG230-450)。		1）Flat plate is made of Q235A carbon steel coated by stainless steel. 2）Drum base is made of cast iron coated stainless steel,other parts of drum is fully stainless steel. 3）Shell,top lid and belongings are made of stainless steel. 4）Balance cylinder is made of stainless steel. 5）Bearing pedestal is made of cast iron（ZG230-450）.
