該設(shè)備是由電機、底座、傳動、密封、均質(zhì)器、壓力保護裝置、冷卻、加熱裝置、控制單元等組成。物料從設(shè)備上口進入,經(jīng)九級高速剪切、分散,從上而下,從下口排出。

1、具有對腔室內(nèi)剪切的物料進行在線保溫和加熱功能,確保物料不會過熱或過冷,滿足各種工藝要求。

2、雙端面機械密封自帶水循環(huán)冷卻和安全保護裝置,具有壓力示警保護功能,壓力值低于安全壓力時聲光報警,高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時密封更加可靠。

3、采用五軸數(shù)控精密加工,保障了形位公差和尺寸公差的合格率,確保剪切定子、轉(zhuǎn)子配合間隙僅為0.15mm高速下運行順暢。高速運行的軸承溫控裝置,保證了8000r/min下長時間持續(xù)工作。

4、特殊材料保障在高速運行時不會發(fā)生形變,線速度50m/s,跳動在0.05mm以內(nèi)。

5、強大的剪切力、精密配合、穩(wěn)定輸出的組合下,物料粒徑可達0.5-1um.

6、具有自循環(huán)清洗功能,滿足GMP要求。

Equipment introduction

The high-speed bearing temperature control device ensures long-term continuous operationat 8000r/min.

4, the special material guarantees that it will not be deformed during high-speedoperation, the linear speed is 50m/s, and the beating is within 0.05mm.5.
