XWZ300高速裝盒機(jī)是我公司結(jié)合多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，運用進(jìn)技術(shù)開發(fā)研制的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品，由加料—說明書折疊—藥盒展開—藥品及說明書入盒—紙盒打批號—藥盒封口—成品輸出等部分組成，采用機(jī)、電、氣一體化自動控制，實現(xiàn)藥品包裝自動化生產(chǎn)，各操作環(huán)節(jié)采用進(jìn)的檢測手段，不合格產(chǎn)品自動剔除，保證成品合格率，將人為差錯控制在zui低限度，有效的防止了藥品在包裝過程中受污染導(dǎo)致質(zhì)量下降，保證藥品包裝生產(chǎn)過程*符合GMP的要求，并大幅降低了生產(chǎn)成本及勞動強(qiáng)度。

XWZ300高速裝盒機(jī)*采用陽臺式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，創(chuàng)新緊湊的設(shè)計和人機(jī)工程學(xué)的構(gòu)造讓操作人員可以zui大限度地接近設(shè)備并進(jìn)行清潔，整機(jī)陽臺式懸空構(gòu)造，機(jī)器運行中散落臟物，將從懸空縫中掉落在機(jī)器下邊統(tǒng)一收集處，方便清理，且全機(jī)身不銹鋼包裹，封閉式電路、氣路構(gòu)造，使得該機(jī)器更具人性化設(shè)計，驅(qū)動裝置位于機(jī)器后部，在操作者一側(cè)*開放，符合GMP要求，非常便于操作。創(chuàng)新緊湊的設(shè)計和人機(jī)工程學(xué)的構(gòu)造讓操作人員可以zui大限度地接近設(shè)備并進(jìn)行清潔，所有操作簡便易行。

XWZ300是全自動連續(xù)式高速裝盒機(jī)。該產(chǎn)品采用PLC可編程序控制器，人機(jī)界面操作，變頻調(diào)速與機(jī)、電、光一體化控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計。*符合GMP要求，該機(jī)由折紙機(jī)，紙盒包裝機(jī)等部分組成，該機(jī)的開盒頭旋轉(zhuǎn)一周可以打開3個盒子，全自動高速連續(xù)式裝盒機(jī)zui高速度可達(dá)300盒/分鐘。我公司設(shè)計的旋轉(zhuǎn)吸盒裝置*，達(dá)到水平。

該機(jī)適用軟管，泡罩板以及瓶子等形狀的產(chǎn)品裝盒。對于其他設(shè)備的連接，也有數(shù)套相應(yīng)的連機(jī)裝置匹配于不同類型的產(chǎn)品裝盒。

XWZ300 Automatic High Speed Carton Package Machine is a continuous operating automatic horizontal type cartoning machine. It adopts PLC, Human Machine Interface, creative designs the speed adjustment technology and the automatic controlling technology of integration of machine, electricity and light. Totally conforms with GMP requirements. The machine is composed of paperfolding machine and carton packing machine,etc. Its box opening head can open 3 boxes each revolve, the highest speed can reach 300 cartons/min. The revolving box suction device designed by our company fills the domestic market blank, it reaches international advanced level. The machine is suitable for packing soft tubes, blister strips and bottle shape products. To connect other equipment, it also has several relevant connecting devices matching different type products.
