The AC 8000 has been developed specifi cally for any application where items are required
to be cleanedthermo or chemical disinfected.
The machine is available in single doorpass through versionsmanufactured in
AISI 316L stainless steel. It incorporates many standard features including

*2.2材質(zhì):機器內(nèi)艙由AISL 316L不銹鋼制造，外部為304L,防腐。

*2.3加熱方式:電加熱,可以選擇蒸汽加熱

2.4LCD觸摸顯示屏:顯示各種程序、運行階段、時間、溫度以及機器故障。

2.5 RS232口:可以連接打印機,打印清洗過程,可以上下載程序，方便工程師故障診斷和用戶編程,可使用PC機程序編程，然后下載到儀器。

*2.6清洗劑泵:計算機控制兩個清洗劑泵的清洗劑加入量，裝有流量計,并可按用戶需求可以增加到4個泵

*2.7控制液位傳感器，防止清洗倉中水和清洗劑缺失

*2.8電極分別提供顯示溫度和消毒溫度控制

*2.9工作程序預(yù)設(shè)置：不少于10個正常工作預(yù)置的程序，且用戶可以自由編輯程序,同時具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Ethernet網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接

*2.10門可以通過屏幕觸摸來控制開關(guān),帶有雙層HST玻璃窗,方便觀察機器工作過程,門上裝有電動門鎖，防止在運行本設(shè)備時不慎將門打開,門水平高度的工效學(xué)設(shè)計方便車架載入。

2.11機器內(nèi)壁上有不少于150個清洗管和100個清洗噴淋頭,用戶可選配自清潔過濾器.

2.12機器可以選配使用HBB2BBOBB2B等化學(xué)劑B清洗消毒，其化學(xué)噴霧消毒功能，適合濕表面消毒.

2.13機器所有設(shè)計嚴格執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn) EN ISO 15883-1/-2,可以進行93℃熱消毒,產(chǎn)品符合CE, FDA/SFDA等認證及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并提供相應(yīng)有效證明文件。

*2.14干燥系統(tǒng)：特殊設(shè)計的內(nèi)腔熱風(fēng)干燥保證器械復(fù)雜的內(nèi)腔*干燥，干燥空氣經(jīng)雙層過濾，分別為F級和HEPA H14，HEPA H14時風(fēng)量可達1000mc,保證干燥空氣的潔凈度。

2.15水源:可連接三種水源：冷水、熱水和去離子水，根據(jù)程序設(shè)計從不同的水源進水，加快清洗速度，節(jié)約能源。

*2.16清洗倉為園角設(shè)計，自清潔功能不會積存污物。
