JH系列酒精回收塔
JH系列酒精回收塔由塔釜、塔身、冷凝器、冷卻器、緩沖罐、高位貯罐六個(gè)部分組成，適用于制藥、食品、輕工、化工等行業(yè)的稀酒精回收，本設(shè)備與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼SUS304或SUS316L制造，具有良好的耐腐蝕性能，并且有節(jié)能環(huán)保、降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高效率的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本裝置可將30度－50度的稀酒精蒸餾到93－95度，殘液排放含醇底低，符合環(huán)保要求。
本裝置采用高效不銹鋼波紋填料，接觸物料部分全部采用不銹鋼制造，設(shè)備外表面亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
JH-series Alcohol Recovery Tower is made up of tower pot,tower body,condenser,cooler,buffer tank and high-level storage tank,which is appli-cable to pharmacy,food,light industry and chemical engineering walks for thin alcohol recovery,The parts of thes equipment that contact materials are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L,so the equipment has good corrosion-resistant capability and can save energy,protect environment,reduce production cost and increase efficiency,This device can distill thin alcohol of 30-50 degree to 93-95 degree.The residual liquid has low discharge alcohol content,which is in accor-dance with environment protection requirement.
The device adopts highly-effective stainless sl corrugated loading material.The parts contacting material are all made of stainless steel,The equipment surface has got surface polishing treatment.It tallies with GMP medical standards.
