| 原理及特點： | | 當壓縮氣體進入粉碎室，在粉碎室外圍有4個粉碎噴嘴，噴射氣流，使物料受到氣流高速沖擊，以及物料相互對接而粉碎，分級輪把細的顆粒分離出來，粗顆粒循環(huán)返回粉碎室繼續(xù)粉碎，從分級輪出料口收集到的將是分部均勻的超微細粉。
1、適用于干式超微工藝。氣流沖擊速度可達2.5馬赫以上，一般情況下很容易獲得1－10微米（um）粒子，根據(jù)物料性質(zhì)，還能得到小于1微米（um）粒子。
2、由于粉碎機內(nèi)部有分級輪機構(gòu)，制品中粗粒子不斷循環(huán)粉碎，因而能獲得粒子均勻、粒徑分布范圍小的制品。
3、該設(shè)備具有粉碎時間短、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作檢修方便、占地面積小、低噪音（72分貝）和無振動等優(yōu)點。
