樹脂反應釜按反應溫度的高低分為高溫樹脂反應釜(150℃-300℃)和低溫樹脂反應釜(60℃-150℃)。樹脂反應釜是用于生產(chǎn)不飽和聚脂樹脂、酚醛樹脂、環(huán)氧樹脂、ABS樹脂、油漆的關鍵設備。樹脂成套設備由反應鍋、豎式分餾柱、臥式冷凝器、貯水器、溢油槽、管線（對稀釜）等組成，全套設備與物料接觸部分的采用不銹鋼制作。反應釜內(nèi)可設置不銹鋼盤管或夾套內(nèi)設置不銹鋼盤管。
