該設(shè)備是由電機、底座、傳動、密封、均質(zhì)器、壓力保護裝置、冷卻、加熱裝置、控制單元等組成。物料從設(shè)備上口進入,經(jīng)九級高速剪切、分散,從上而下,從下口排出。
1、具有對腔室內(nèi)剪切的物料進行在線保溫和加熱功能,確保物料不會過熱或過冷,滿足各種工藝要求。
2、雙端面機械密封自帶水循環(huán)冷卻和安全保護裝置,具有壓力示警保護功能,壓力值低于安全壓力時聲光報警,高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時密封更加可靠。
3、采用五軸數(shù)控精密加工,保障了形位公差和尺寸公差的合格率,確保剪切定子、轉(zhuǎn)子配合間隙僅為0.15mm高速下運行順暢。高速運行的軸承溫控裝置,保證了8000r/min下長時間持續(xù)工作。
4、特殊材料保障在高速運行時不會發(fā)生形變,線速度50m/s,跳動在0.05mm以內(nèi)。
5、強大的剪切力、精密配合、穩(wěn)定輸出的組合下,物料粒徑可達0.5-1um.
6、具有自循環(huán)清洗功能,滿足GMP要求。

Equipment introduction
The equipment is composed of motor, base, transmission, sealing, homogenizer,pressure protection device, cooling, heating device, control unit, etc. Materialsenter from the upper mouth of the equipment, through nine high-speed shear,dispersion, from the top down, discharged from the lower mouth.

2, double-end mechanical seal with water circulation cooling and safety protectiondevice, with pressure warning protection function, the pressure value is lower thanthe safety pressure sound and light alarm, high-speed rotation sealing is morereliable.
3, the use of five-axis CNC precision machining, to ensure the form and positiontolerance and dimensional tolerance of the pass rate, to ensure that the shearstator, rotor clearance is only 0.15mm high speed running smoothly. The high-speed bearing temperature control device ensures long-term continuous operationat 8000r/min.
4, the special material guarantees that it will not be deformed during high-speedoperation, the linear speed is 50m/s, and the beating is within 0.05mm.5. Under the combination of strong shear force, precise fit and stable output, thematerial particle size can reach 0.5-lum.6, with self-circulation cleaning function, to meet the GMP requirements.
