高效薄膜蒸發(fā)器的優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1.極小的壓力損失
在高效薄膜蒸發(fā)器中,物料流與二次蒸發(fā)汽流是兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的通道∶物料是沿蒸發(fā)筒體內(nèi)壁降膜而下;而由蒸發(fā)面蒸發(fā),蒸汽則從筒體中間的空間幾乎是*地離開蒸發(fā)器,因此壓力損失是非常小的。
2.可實(shí)現(xiàn)真空條件下的操作
正由于二次蒸氣由蒸發(fā)面到冷凝器的阻力很小,使得整個(gè)蒸發(fā)筒體內(nèi)壁的蒸發(fā)面維持較高的真空度,幾乎等于真空系統(tǒng)出,口的真空度,由于真空度的提高,有效降低了被處理物料的沸點(diǎn)。
3.高傳熱系數(shù),高蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度
增大了與熱介質(zhì)的溫度差;呈湍流狀態(tài)的液膜,降低了熱阻;同時(shí)抑制物料在壁面上結(jié)焦、結(jié)垢,也提高了蒸發(fā)筒壁的傳熱。
4.低溫蒸發(fā)
蒸發(fā)筒體內(nèi)能維持較高的真空度,被處理物料的沸點(diǎn)大大降低,因此特別適合熱敏性物料的低溫蒸發(fā)。
5.過流時(shí)間短
物料在蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)的過流時(shí)間很短,約10秒左右;對于常用的活動(dòng)刮板而言,其刮動(dòng)物料的端面有導(dǎo)流的溝槽,其斜角通常為45σ,改變斜,角的角度,可改變物料的過流時(shí)間,物料在刮板的刮動(dòng)下,螺旋下降離開蒸發(fā)段??s短過濟(jì),有效防止產(chǎn)品在蒸發(fā)過程中的分解。
6.可利用低品位蒸汽
蒸汽是常用的熱介質(zhì),由于降低了物料的沸點(diǎn),在保證相同4t的條件下,就可降低加熱介質(zhì)溫度,利用低品位的,有利于能量的綜合。
7.適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),操作方便
結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)非常特殊,使該產(chǎn)品可處理一些常規(guī)蒸發(fā)器不易處理的高粘庋、含顆粒、熱敏性及易結(jié)的物料。
Advantages of a high efficiency thin film evaporator:
1. Minimal pressure loss

4. Low temperature evaporation
The evaporation cylinder can maintain a high degree of vacuum, and the boiling point of the material to be treated is greatly reduced, so it is particularly suitable for low temperature evaporation of heat sensitive materials.
5. Short overcurrent time
The overcurrent time of the material in the evaporator is very short, about 10 seconds; for the commonly used movable scraper, the end surface of the scraping material has a guiding groove, and the oblique angle is usually 45σ, changing the inclination and the angle. The angle can change the overcurrent time of the material. Under the scraping of the scraper, the spiral descends away from the evaporation section. Shorten the economy and effectively prevent the decomposition of the product during the evaporation process.
6. Available low grade steam
Steam is a commonly used heat medium. Because the boiling point of the material is lowered, the temperature of the heating medium can be lowered under the condition of ensuring the same 4t, and the use of low grade is beneficial to the integration of energy.
7. Adaptability and easy operation
