反應(yīng)釜常見分類:
1、按照加熱/冷卻方式,可分為:電加熱、熱水加熱、導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加熱、遠(yuǎn)紅外加熱、外(內(nèi))盤管加熱等,夾套冷卻和釜內(nèi)盤管冷卻等;
2、根據(jù)釜體材質(zhì)可分為:碳鋼反應(yīng)釜、不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜及搪玻璃反應(yīng)釜(搪瓷反應(yīng)釜)、鋼襯反應(yīng)釜;
3、按照工作時(shí)內(nèi)壓可分為:常壓反應(yīng)釜、正壓反應(yīng)釜,副壓反應(yīng)釜;
4、按照攪拌形式,可分為:槳葉式、錨槳式、框式、螺帶式、渦輪式、分散盤式、組合式等;
5、按照傳熱結(jié)構(gòu),可分為:夾套式、外半管式、內(nèi)盤管式及組合式。
