工作原理 WORKING PRINCIPLE

超聲波振動篩是將220V、50Hz或110V、60Hz電能轉(zhuǎn)化為36KHz的高頻電能，輸入超聲換能器，將其變成36KHz機(jī)械振動，產(chǎn)生的功率超聲波使篩網(wǎng)作高頻振動。篩網(wǎng)上的物料在作低頻旋振運(yùn)動的同時(shí)，疊加上超聲振動，既可防止網(wǎng)孔堵塞，又可使篩分機(jī)提高產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量，從而達(dá)到高效篩分和清網(wǎng)的目的，使超微細(xì)粉篩分成為易事。該系統(tǒng)在傳統(tǒng)的振動篩基礎(chǔ)上在篩網(wǎng)上引入一個(gè)低振幅、調(diào)頻率的超聲振動波(機(jī)械波)，以改善超微細(xì)分體的篩分性能，特別適合高附加值精細(xì)分體的用戶使用。
