FPG耐腐節(jié)能塑料管道泵 產(chǎn)品信息
FPG耐腐節(jié)能塑料管道泵是采用中科院上海有機氟材料研究所生產(chǎn)的聚偏二氟乙烯（PVDF），增強聚丙烯（RPP）一次注塑成型。機械強度高，耐腐蝕性能強，介質(zhì)不與金屬接觸，機械密封使用壽命長，效率高、是替代不銹鋼和其他金屬泵的理想產(chǎn)品。
RPP材質(zhì)：非及性，無污毒，耐一般酸堿鹽類，工作溫度-14℃～80℃，廣泛應(yīng)用于化工管道輸送。
產(chǎn)品特點
1、FPG耐腐節(jié)能塑料管道泵在起動前應(yīng)采用灌泵或抽真空手段使泵內(nèi)充滿液體，嚴禁空轉(zhuǎn)和反轉(zhuǎn)。
2、泵的輸送液應(yīng)不含泥沙、顆粒和較長的纖維物質(zhì)，以防堵塞致使葉輪和機封損壞。
3、泵的輸送介質(zhì)比重大于1.2時應(yīng)另配電機，以免影響揚程或燒壞電機。
4、停車前應(yīng)先關(guān)閉排出管路閥門。在倒灌情況下還需關(guān)閉進口管路閥門，后關(guān)閘停機。
