球形真空濃縮器主要由濃縮主體、冷凝器、汽液分離器、受液桶四個部分組成，可用于制藥，食品、化工等行業(yè)對液料的濃縮、蒸餾、回收有機(jī)溶媒等工藝。
由于采用減壓濃縮,故而濃縮時間短,對熱敏性物料不會破壞其有效成份。
本設(shè)備與物料接觸分均勻?yàn)镾US 304或SUS316L不銹鋼制造,具有良好的耐腐蝕性能,經(jīng)久耐用.符合藥品衛(wèi)生要求。
The sphericar concentrator mainly consists of four parts, i.e. main body of concentrator, vapor and liquid separator. conednser and accumulator. It may be used for concentrati-on and distillation of liquid or recycling of organic solvention pharmacyl, foodstuff and chemical industries, By adopting reduced pressure concentration, it has short concentration time and does not destroy effective content in heat-sensitive material. The parts in contact with material in this equipmentare made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel with good corrsion resistance and long durability and in conformity with sanitary requirement for medicine.

本設(shè)備主要包括濃縮罐、冷凝器、汽液分離器、冷卻器、受液楊五部件,濃縮罐為夾套結(jié)構(gòu),冷凝器為列管式,冷卻器為盤管式結(jié)構(gòu)。本設(shè)備適用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)對料液的濃縮,并且可作為回收酒精和簡單的回流提取之用。設(shè)備與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼制造，具有良好的耐腐性,并且符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
