使用說(shuō)明
1,齒輪油泵使用規(guī)定電壓,線路電壓不超過(guò)抽液泵銘牌上所規(guī)定電壓的±10%方可使用.
2,齒輪油泵如何裝備,開(kāi)箱后按結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖裝配,接上電動(dòng)機(jī),(1)并緊接連手機(jī),(2)使之泵體與電機(jī)為一體,(3)上接好出水輪管
3,齒輪油泵使用前檢查各部件外型完好才能開(kāi)機(jī)使用.
4,齒輪油泵不宜作空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),使用時(shí),抽吸完畢,即停泵,否則會(huì)加速葉輪密封件軸承等磨損.也可能磨損泵管,因本泵電機(jī)空載轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)10000轉(zhuǎn)/分.
5,齒輪油泵及時(shí)調(diào)換電刷,電刷磨損到將不能使用時(shí),須及時(shí)調(diào)換(2只電刷同時(shí)調(diào)換)否則會(huì)使電刷與換向器接觸不良引起環(huán)損,損壞換向器,嚴(yán)懲時(shí)會(huì)燒壞電樞.
6,齒輪油泵在下列情況下不得使用,在使用過(guò)程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣損壞,電源線工電纜護(hù)套破裂,插頭插座開(kāi)裂或接觸不良,以及斷續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)懲火花等故障時(shí),電機(jī)外殼操作時(shí),應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行修理.在未修復(fù)前不得使用.
7,齒輪油泵防止過(guò)載,使用時(shí),凡遇轉(zhuǎn)速異?；蚪档蜁r(shí),應(yīng)即停機(jī)檢查是否有雜物卡住葉輪或電機(jī)是否發(fā)生故障,抽液泵因故剎車時(shí)必須立即切斷電源
