Electromechanical Clamping Systems
Electromechanical Clamping Systems are characterized by an extremely high load capacity. They are suitable both for initial installation and for retrofits. The integration of these clamping systems particularly on presses without hydraulic or pneumatic peripheral equipment can be made with a minimum of installation. A considerable advantage of these clamping systems is their suitability for a high range of clamping thicknesses. Therefore, their use is particularly recommendable for dies with wide clamping thickness tolerances.

Flexible Clamping Systems
Flexible clamping systems are particularly suitable for clamping dies of different sizes. Each clamping system can be selected or deselected by the machine control when single die stations remain empty. No adaption plates are required. This provides a high automation level and thus enables economical solutions for die clamping.

Slide Lock Systems
Slide lock systems secure slides against unintentional lowering when works have to be carried out underneath the slide. They can be locked steplessly in any position within their stroke. Depending on the size they secure loads up to 120 tons and can release the slide even when under load through an internal hydraulic cushion, thus avoiding to lift the slide. Electric monitoring of all important functions, compact dimensions and central operation are the main advantages of the OSV

"POLARIS PH" has a new body made of cast iron to have higher operating parameters and keep the full POLARIS versatility regarding shafts, flanges, ports and built-in valves. This project is targeted for forklifts, skid steer loaders and all those applications where traditional aluminium pumps are being pushed close to their limits. The possibility to mate the body with the cast iron covers further reduces noise levels, in addition to increasing strength.
