進(jìn)口蒸發(fā)循環(huán)泵工作原理:
蒸發(fā)循環(huán)泵輸送液體不是依靠葉輪對(duì)液體的離心力,而是利用旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪葉片的推力使被輸送的液體沿泵軸方向流動(dòng)。當(dāng)泵軸由電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)后,由于葉片與泵軸軸線有一定的螺旋角,所以對(duì)液體產(chǎn)生推力(或叫升力),將液體推出從而沿排出管排出。當(dāng)液體被推出后,原來位置便形成局部真空,外面的液體在大氣壓的作用下,將沿進(jìn)口管被吸入葉輪中。只要葉輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn),泵便能不斷地吸入和排出液體。

Working principle of inlet evaporative circulating pump:
Instead of relying on the centrifugal force of the impeller on the liquid, the circulation pump is used to drive the liquid to flow along the axis of the pump. When the pump shaft driven by the motor rotation, due to the blade and the axis of the pump axis has a certain angle of the spiral, so the liquid to produce thrust (or lift), the liquid will be discharged along the discharge pipe.
