This machine intergrates filling and capping together, making prodution line more compact.

Automatic Liquid Filling and capping Machine 產(chǎn)品信息

It is suitable for filling liquid in low viscosity(high viscosity is also OK after changing certain parts).
This 2-in-1 machine mainly contain 3 parts: filling machine, caps unscrambler and capping machine.
Easy to connect with other machines in production line.
Easy to wash and control.

Functions:
1. Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill liquid in various viscosity, easy knock-down pump structure, convenient to clean and sterilize.
2. Material of piston ring is flexible (silicone, polyflon or else) according to liquid features. Ceramic pump is suggested for special stuff.
3. PLC control system, frequency converter, adjusting speed easily, high-degree autoimmunization.
4. Filling volume of all pumps can be adjusted, fine-tune for each pump, easy and quick to operate.
5. Suitable for various sizes of container, easy to adjust, save labor cost.
6. The whole machine is designed as per GMP standard
