TIMKEN軸承
TIMKEN產(chǎn)品描述:
滾道聲是由于TIMKEN深溝球軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)滾動(dòng)體在滾道中滾動(dòng)而激發(fā)出一種平穩(wěn)且連續(xù)性的噪聲,只有當(dāng)其聲壓級(jí)或聲調(diào)很大時(shí)才引起人們注意。其實(shí)滾道聲所激發(fā)的聲能是有限的,如在正常情況下,優(yōu)質(zhì)的6203軸承滾道聲為25~27dB。這種噪聲以承受徑向載荷的單列深溝球軸承為典型,它有以下特點(diǎn):
a.噪聲、振動(dòng)具有隨機(jī)性;
b.振動(dòng)頻率在1kHz以上;
c.不論轉(zhuǎn)速如何變化,噪聲主頻率幾乎不變而聲壓級(jí)則隨轉(zhuǎn)速增加而提高;
d.當(dāng)徑向游隙增大時(shí),聲壓級(jí)急劇增加;
e.軸承座剛性增大,總聲壓級(jí)越低,即使轉(zhuǎn)速升高,其總聲壓級(jí)也增加不大;
f.潤(rùn)滑劑粘度越高,聲壓級(jí)越低,但對(duì)于脂潤(rùn)滑,其粘度、皂纖維的形狀大小均能影響噪聲值。
滾道聲產(chǎn)生源在于受到載荷后的套圈固有振動(dòng)所致。由于套圈和滾動(dòng)體的彈性接觸構(gòu)成非線性振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)潤(rùn)滑或加工精度不高時(shí)就會(huì)激發(fā)與此彈性特征有關(guān)的固有振動(dòng),傳遞到空氣中則變?yōu)樵肼暋?,即使是采用了當(dāng)代高超的制造技術(shù)加工TIMKEN深溝球軸承零件,其工作表面總會(huì)存在程度不一的微小幾何誤差,從而使?jié)L道與滾動(dòng)體間產(chǎn)生微小波動(dòng)激發(fā)振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)固有振動(dòng)。
盡管TIMKEN深溝球軸承的滾道噪聲是不可避免的,然而可采取高精度加工零件工作表面,正確選用軸承及精確使用軸承使之降噪減振。
套圈滾動(dòng)表面經(jīng)超精加工后,TIMKEN軸承的工作性能在以下幾個(gè)方面得到提高:
(1)提高TIMKEN軸承的旋轉(zhuǎn)精度、降低TIMKEN軸承的振動(dòng)和噪聲 試驗(yàn)研究已證實(shí),軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)精度的提高、振動(dòng)和 噪聲的降低均與套圈的圓形偏差顯著減小有很大的關(guān)系。
(2) 提高TIMKEN軸承的承載能力 由于套圈滾動(dòng)表面的世紀(jì)支承面積經(jīng)超精加工后有很大增加,這就為提高整套軸承的承載能力創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。另外,對(duì)滾動(dòng)軸承若滾道超精加工除凸度,也能提高軸承的承載能力。

(3)提高TIMKEN軸承的潤(rùn)滑效果,減小磨損 由于超精加工后在滾動(dòng)表面上形成了均勻細(xì)膩的交叉網(wǎng)紋,這種交叉網(wǎng)紋對(duì)潤(rùn)滑非常有利。使表面易于存儲(chǔ)潤(rùn)滑油,在軸承工作時(shí)套圈滾動(dòng)體的表面之間能保持有一層油膜,從而避免或減少了磨損。
(4)減少TIMKEN軸承工作時(shí)的發(fā)熱 這是超精加工綜合效果的反映。
總之,超精加工大大提高了TIMKEN軸承工作性能和使用壽命,正因?yàn)槌磹?ài)共有這么多的功能和效果,所以越來(lái)越受到TIMKEN軸承套圈光整加工的青睞。
