機(jī)器概述Application

此系列全自動(dòng)膠囊充填機(jī)采用PLC編程，無極變頻調(diào)速，人機(jī)界面操作，觸摸屏顯示。對(duì)運(yùn)行故障或缺料能自動(dòng)報(bào)警顯示，自動(dòng)停機(jī)，故障排除后能自動(dòng)消除報(bào)警。機(jī)器還具有三級(jí)密碼操控系統(tǒng)，參數(shù)設(shè)置，打印數(shù)據(jù)，清零等功能，防止非專業(yè)人員隨意胡亂操作影響機(jī)器運(yùn)行。 機(jī)器所有傳動(dòng)軸，凸輪，軸承等主要關(guān)鍵零件均采用進(jìn)口材料，設(shè)備質(zhì)量可靠，是充填膠囊藥品的理想設(shè)備，并*符合GMP要求。

The automatic capsule filling machine adopts PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency converter, HMI with easy operation. While there is fault or lack of material, the machine can automatically alarm and shut down. The machine can be equipped with 3 level password system, parameter setting, data printing, clear function which make the machine work more safely and stably, preventing inprofessional workers’wrong parameter setting and messing up machine parameter settings. The cams and bearings, shafts, are by world famous brands, ensuring machine quality and lifetime. The machine main body and powder contact parts are made by stainless steel 304, which meet GMP standard.

機(jī)器特點(diǎn)Machine Features

1. 體積小，能耗低，更換模具快，操作方便，容易清洗； 

2. 采用福格森傳動(dòng)，振動(dòng)小，高速運(yùn)行工作噪聲低于75dB，劑量差異控制在3%內(nèi)；國產(chǎn)機(jī)制膠囊上機(jī)率99% 

3. 回轉(zhuǎn)部位全封閉，具備良好潤滑條件，工作臺(tái)面無油污，避免了與藥物的交叉污染； 

4. 劑量盤周邊設(shè)有攔板，非常有效地把劑量盤下平面甩出的粉通過另一管路回收再利用，同時(shí)減少了工作臺(tái)面的粉塵；

5. 機(jī)器采用德國西門子的人機(jī)界面，PLC可編程控制器，液晶顯示每分鐘產(chǎn)量，累計(jì)產(chǎn)量，動(dòng)態(tài)空膠囊和藥粉狀態(tài)，缺膠囊報(bào)警提示及藥粉不夠時(shí)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，故障診斷提示等。

2. Machine adopts Fugexan eliminating trough roller to transmit, with less vibration, lower than 75dB noise while running at high speed. The powder filling dosage error is within ±3%, The capsule filling rate is more than 99%.

3. The turning-around parts are in full closure, with excellent lubrication. Without dirty spot on the working stage, avoiding the cross pollution on medicines. 

4. Shelters are fixed around the dose disc, to recycle the medicine powder which is thrown from beneath surface of the rotating disc, which can also reduce the powder on working table.

5. Machine adopts HMI, including PLC, touch screen displaying the accumulative output, empty capsules and medicine powder state, alarm for lack of capsules and automatic stop for deficiency of medicine powder, trouble shoot display and so on.
