原理 principle
★該機(jī)彩全封閉形式，所有部件均彩不銹鋼制造，配有三極凈化裝置，過濾后的空氣達(dá)十萬級要求。簡體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫<80報氏度，干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置，經(jīng)該機(jī)干燥后的中藥浸膏粉，不會出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象，大大嗇了收粉率（達(dá)95%以上），而且不會產(chǎn)生混藥現(xiàn)象和粘壁現(xiàn)象。< p="">
★基本原理：中藥浸膏高速離心式噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術(shù)在特定物料干燥中的應(yīng)用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使用權(quán)物料分散成霧狀，與熱空氣充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。
★中藥浸膏噴霧干燥機(jī)是專門用來解決中藥浸膏和植物撮液的噴霧干燥機(jī)。它解決了物料在原LPG高速噴霧干燥機(jī)在中藥中藥浸膏干燥中出現(xiàn)的以下情況：
1、物料粘壁、收粉率低；
2、物料在壁上停滯不前留時間長，產(chǎn)生物料的焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象；
3、難以清洗，不符合GMP要求；
4、主量低：LPG-150型噴霧干燥機(jī)，其產(chǎn)量只能處理50-60kg/h料液。
★鑒于以上狀況，我廠根據(jù)中藥浸膏的物料性質(zhì)與工藝要求設(shè)計了中藥浸膏專用干燥機(jī)。它解決了歷中藥浸膏干燥機(jī)難題，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質(zhì)、大大提高了工廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，中藥浸膏與LPG高速離心噴霧干燥機(jī)相比有以下要求：
1、采用了三級空氣凈化，使進(jìn)風(fēng)達(dá)到30萬級要求；
2、采用冷壁裝置，使內(nèi)壁溫度達(dá)到80℃，物料在壁上停留也不焦化；
3、整個體積是原LPG標(biāo)準(zhǔn)離心噴霧的3.5倍；
4、采用快開沖洗裝置，適用于多品種生產(chǎn)要求；
5、除塵采用濕式除塵，使粉塵無外出，符合環(huán)保要求；
6、采用氣掃裝置，效果更加滿意；
7、提供霧化器2臺，采用變頻調(diào)整；
8、采用PLC控制，程控系統(tǒng)屏幕顯示；
9、帶沖洗裝置；
10、采用干空氣密閉輸送。

4.Low in output:Model LPG-150 atomizing centrifuge dryer can process 50-60kg/h of raw material liquid.ln view of this,according to the properties and process requirements of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine,our factory researched and designed the special dryer for the extract of traditional Chinese medicine and won items of china patent,lt solves the historical difficult problems in drying the extract of traditional Chinese medicine.The color of dried raw material is good.The dried raw material does not degenerate.lt raises the economic benefit greatly.Compared to ordinary LPG high-speed atomizing dryer,it has the following features:
