產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明  肌酸存在于脊椎動(dòng)物，為肌肉供應(yīng)能源。在人類(lèi)和動(dòng)物中，約一半肌酸來(lái)自食物（主要是新鮮肉類(lèi)）。肌酸補(bǔ)充療法已成為一種有效的肌肉、神經(jīng)肌肉和神經(jīng)退行性疾病的治療方法。 簡(jiǎn)單、直接、自動(dòng)化肌酸含量檢測(cè)手段是zui為理想的。本公司生產(chǎn)的肌酸測(cè)試法是基于酶反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生粉紅色的產(chǎn)物，其吸光強(qiáng)度(570 nm) 或熒光強(qiáng)度(λem/ex = 585/530 nm）與樣品中的肌酸濃度成正比。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)    靈敏、準(zhǔn)確：測(cè)試范圍4 – 1000 μM （吸光法）或0.5 – 50 μM （熒光法）。簡(jiǎn)單、快捷：只需加入一種工作試劑并反應(yīng)30分鐘。通過(guò)96孔板上的高通量檢測(cè)手段，每天可以測(cè)試上千份樣本。

產(chǎn)品用途    1．直接檢測(cè)血清、血漿、尿液和生物制劑中肌酸的含量。 2．用于藥品和藥理學(xué)研究，檢測(cè)藥物對(duì)肌酸代謝的影響。

DESCRIPTION  CREATINE is present in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle. In humans and animals, approximay half of creatine originates from food (mainly from fresh meat). Creatine supplementation has been investigated as a possible therapeutic approach for the treatment of muscular, neuromuscular, neurological and neurodegenerative diseases. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring creatine are popular in research and drug discovery. Our creatine assay is based on enzymatic reactions leading to formation of a pink colored product. The optical density at 570 nm or fluorescence intensity at λem/ex =585/530 nm is directly proportional to the creatine concentration in the sample.

KEY FEATURES  High sensitivity and wide linear range. Use 10 μL sample. Linear detection range 4 to 1000 μM (colorimetric) or 0.5 to 50 μM (fluorimetric). Homogeneous and simple procedure. Simple “mix-and-measure” procedure allows reliable quantitation of creatine within 30 minutes.

APPLICATIONS  Direct Assays: creatine in biological samples (e.g. serum, plasma, urine, saliva etc).

STORAGE CONDITIONS  The kit is shipped chilled. Store all components at -20°C. Shelf life of at least 3 months.
