一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)  PRODUCT FEATURES

1.筒體采用玻璃鋼纏繞工藝，耐腐蝕、耐高壓、耐滲漏。

2.內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)新穎合理，下端為密封支撐，并有安裝導(dǎo)引，上端有定位加密封盒,并有緊固螺母可調(diào)節(jié)密封度。

二、工作原理 WORKING PRINCIPLE

保安過(guò)濾器又稱(chēng)精密過(guò)濾器，一種壓力式過(guò)濾裝置,采用成型的濾材，在壓力的作用下.使原液通過(guò)濾材，濾渣留在管壁上，濾液透過(guò)濾材流出，從而達(dá)到過(guò)濾的目的。因?yàn)V材的不同,過(guò)淀孔徑也不相同。精密過(guò)濾是介于砂率(粗濾)與超濾之間的一種過(guò)濾,過(guò)濾孔徑一般在0.5-100μm范圉。采用噴熔工藝形成的濾材，工作溫度60℃。精密過(guò)濾可去除水中的懸浮物,某些膠體物質(zhì)和小顆粒物。

Security Filter,also known as precision flter housing.one of the pressure flter housing device.which uses the  molded flter material.Under the presaure,it makes the concentrate pass through the flter material,the residuum left  on the tube wall and the fltrate permeate from the flter material to achieve the purpose of fltration between sａnd flter materials,the flter pores are different too.Precision fltration between sａnd fltration (Coarse ftration) and ultrafltration.The flter pore size is in the range of 0.5-100μm generally.The ftter material from melt-blown technology can work  under the max temperature 60℃.Precision fltration can remove suspended solid,some colloidal substances and small particles in water.

三、注意事項(xiàng)  CAUTIONS 

1.濾芯安裝到位，固定鎖塊旋轉(zhuǎn)60度。

2.工作壓力不能超過(guò)額定范圍。 

3.開(kāi)機(jī)前打開(kāi)排氣閥，空氣排盡后關(guān)閉排氣閥。

4.當(dāng)壓差超過(guò)額定范圍時(shí)，及時(shí)更換濾材。 

1.Install the flter cartridge into position,rotate the locking block by 60 degree. 

2.Working pressure can't exceed the rated range. 

3.Open the exhaust valve before starting the machine,then close the exhaust valve after the air is exhausted.

4.Please replace the flter material in time when the differential pressure exceeds the rated range.

三、注意事項(xiàng) CAUTIONS 

1. 濾芯安裝到位，固定密封塊螺母擰緊。 

2. 工作壓力不能超過(guò)額定范圍。

 3. 開(kāi)機(jī)前打開(kāi)排氣閥，空氣排盡后關(guān)閉排氣閥。

4. 當(dāng)壓差超過(guò)額定范圍時(shí)，及時(shí)更換濾材。
