導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定儀按照GB/10294-2008《絕熱材料穩(wěn)態(tài)熱阻及有關(guān)特性的測定,熱流計法》設(shè)計制造。適用于檢測單位、大專院校、科研生產(chǎn)單位使用。采用大屏幕觸摸屏具有操作簡便,智能化程度高等優(yōu)點。

The thermal conductivity tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB / 10294-2008 "Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of thermal insulation materials, heat flow meter method". Applicable to testing units, colleges and universities, research and production units. The large-screen touch screen has the advantages of easy operation and high intelligence.

導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定儀主要特點:

★微機(jī)自動控制,自動完成數(shù)據(jù)采集和生成報表,智能化程度高,使檢測快捷、準(zhǔn)確。

導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定儀工作原理:

型導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定儀,采用雙試件測定裝置,防護(hù)熱板組:包括加熱單元、冷卻單元。 加熱單元應(yīng)分為在的計量單元和由隔縫分開的環(huán)繞計量單元的防護(hù)單元,并裝有絕熱裝置。 熱單元采用雙熱面加熱器,冷板與雙熱面對稱布置,根椐試件的厚度設(shè)定移動冷板的空間,將被測試件垂直放置在兩個相互平行具有恒定溫度的平板中,在穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下,試件測量部分具恒定熱流,通過測定穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下流過計量單元的一維恒定熱流量Q、計量單元的面積A、試件冷、熱表面的溫度差T,可計算出試件的熱阻R,根據(jù)試件的厚度, 可以準(zhǔn)確算出試件的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)入值。

Thermal conductivity tester works:

Type thermal conductivity tester, using double test piece measuring device, protective hot plate group: including heating unit, cooling unit. The heating unit shall be divided into a metering unit in between and a protective unit surrounding the metering unit separated by a gap, and equipped with thermal insulation. The hot unit adopts double hot surface heaters. The cold plates are arranged symmetrically with the double hot surfaces. The thickness of the test piece sets the space for moving the cold plate. The test piece is placed vertically in two flat plates with constant temperature parallel to each other. In the steady state, the measurement part of the test piece has a constant heat flow. By measuring the one-dimensional constant heat flow Q flowing through the metering unit, the area A of the metering unit, and the temperature difference T between the cold and hot surfaces of the test piece, it can be calculated. According to the thickness of the test piece, the thermal resistance R of the test piece can be accurately calculated.

導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定儀注意事項:

接地保護(hù)線必須可靠接地,開機(jī)前檢查電源電壓是否正常。

制冷系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)禁連續(xù)啟動,啟動間隔應(yīng)大于3分鐘。

試件的測試溫度一定要低于試件的熔點溫度。

溫度過高,電源被切斷,查找原因后方可重新檢測。

試驗結(jié)束, 點 “自動檢測”鍵復(fù)位后再點“退出”鍵。

自動運(yùn)行中不要點“退出” 和“手動調(diào)控”,否則實驗終止或出現(xiàn)失控。

制冷系統(tǒng)制冷劑為R十二。

系統(tǒng)通電時不許觸摸可能帶電部位。

本裝置在運(yùn)輸搬運(yùn)和移動位置時,禁止用桿子撬動底部,避免損壞 制冷系統(tǒng)。運(yùn)輸搬運(yùn)時利用頂部吊環(huán)移動或搬運(yùn)。搬運(yùn)時整機(jī)的傾斜角度不應(yīng)超過45°角,防止損壞制冷壓縮機(jī)。

Note for thermal conductivity tester:

The grounding protection wire must be reliably grounded. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal before starting up.

Refrigeration system is strictly forbidden to start continuously. The start interval should be more than 3 minutes.

The test temperature of the test piece must be lower than the melting point of the test piece.

The temperature is too high, the power is cut off, and the cause can be checked again.

After the test, click the "Auto Detect" button to reset and then click the "Exit" button.

Do not click "Exit" and "Manual Control" during automatic operation, otherwise the experiment will be terminated or out of control.

Refrigeration system refrigerant isR十二.

Do not touch any live parts while the system is powered on.

When the device is transported and moved, it is forbidden to pry the bottom with a pole to avoid damaging the refrigeration system. Use the top ring to move or carry during transportation. The tilt angle of the whole machine should not exceed 45 ° during transportation to prevent damage to the refrigeration compressor.
