雙金屬片式疏水閥-BK27
產(chǎn)品介紹：
雙金屬片式疏水閥的熱敏元件為兩種不同膨脹率的金屬通過(guò)特殊工藝壓鑄一起的雙金屬片，雙層金屬片在受熱后膨脹，由于不同的膨脹率使其產(chǎn)生的彎曲。利用這種特性制作成疏水閥的熱敏元件起到開(kāi)關(guān)作用。雙金屬片式疏水閥分為不可在線調(diào)節(jié)（BK，CS17H和CS47）和可在線調(diào)節(jié)（可調(diào)雙金屬片式TB）。
The thermo-sensitive element of bimetallic trap is a bimetallic element cast through a special process by two metals of different expansion ratio.When the bimetallic element expands after heated,different expansion ratio results in bending.The thermo-sensitive element produced on the basis of this quality can act as a switch.Bimetallic Traps are divided into adjustable offline (BK,CS17H and CS47) and online (adjustable bimetallic element TB).

1、選型時(shí)請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┕ぷ鲏毫?、工作壓差、凝結(jié)水發(fā)生量、工作溫度、連接方式及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、凝結(jié)水負(fù)荷的安全系數(shù)一般為2～3倍。
3、正確安裝、定期保養(yǎng)清除閥內(nèi)污物，保證疏水閥正常工作和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
