General features
Two matrix CARDS are supported: E5252A matrix card and E5255A multiplexer card
E5252A matrix card supports cost-effective non-kelvin switching matrix functions
The E5255A multiplexer card supports long term multi-site reliability testing
The Keysight EasyEXPERT software can be controlled and automated with the test application
Ability to measure
With the use of 4156C, B1500A or E5270B HRSMU, the measurement resolution of 20 femtoamperes can be realized through the switch
Transient current stabilization time < 3.5 seconds (< 450 fA) (10v input step) (supplementary information) :
10 MHz bandwidth (-3db), using E5252A card (additional information)
Provide 10 T ohm channel isolation for low current (triaxial) path using E5252A card
