GHL系列高效濕法混合制粒機
主要用途：
醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等領域粉體注入粘結劑濕顆粒設備。
特點：
本機采用臥式圓筒構造，結構合理。充氣密封驅動軸，清洗時可切換成水。流態(tài)化造粒，成粒近似球形，流動性好。較傳統(tǒng)工藝減少25%粘合劑，干燥時間縮短。每次干混2分鐘，造粒1-4分鐘。功效比傳統(tǒng)工藝提高4-5倍。在同一封閉容器內完成，干混-濕混-制粒，工藝縮減，符合GMP規(guī)范。整個操作具有嚴格的安全保護措施。
工作原理：
粉粒物料與粘合劑在圓筒容器中由底部混合漿充分混合成濕潤軟材，然后由側置的高速粉碎漿切割成均勻的濕顆粒。

Main properties:
The machine adapts horixontal cylinder structure.Its structure is reasonable,adapt driving shaft through filled air sealing.When chean,it can turn to water,granulating in liqufied-state,Its gtanule approaches ball,its fluitity is good.Compared with traditional process,25% of adhesive can be saved and the drying time can be shorted too,the dty mixing time will be 2 minutes and the granulating time be 1-4 minutes,compared with traditional process,its working efficiency will raise 4-5 times,the pricedures of dry mixing-granulating can be finished in the same sealed contaier,its procedure is shorted,It is conformity with the requiement of GMP,Whole operation has atrict safe protective measure.
Working principle:
Powder raw naterial and adhesive are mixed to moisture soft material through mixing oar the cylinder（cone） container.Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar inatalled at the side.
