概述：該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕、易操作、噪音低、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，其的特點(diǎn)是在生產(chǎn)中不研磨物料，集高速剪切、混合、分散、均質(zhì)于一體。剪切機(jī)頭采用爪式、雙向吸料結(jié)構(gòu)，避免了上部物料難以吸入而造成的死角和漩渦現(xiàn)象，高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)勁的剪切力，使剪切率更高，剪切力更強(qiáng)。在轉(zhuǎn)子產(chǎn)生的離心力作用下，將物料從徑向甩入定、轉(zhuǎn)子之間狹窄精密的間隙中，同時(shí)受到離心擠壓、撞擊等作用力，使物料得到充分分散、混合、乳化。
注：如在真空狀態(tài)或帶壓容器上使用，剪切機(jī)電機(jī)支座需另行配置相應(yīng)的機(jī)械密封裝置。

Note: If it used under a vacuum or pressure vessel,the motor bearings of shearing machine need to be configured with the corresponding mechanical seal (Pictures for reference only.).
