HX5D-UF ULTRAFILTRATION EOUIPMENT
超濾(UF)是一種應(yīng)用泛的膜分離技術(shù),主要用于溶液中物質(zhì)大分子級(jí)別的分離,對(duì)深度降濁,澄清、除菌和大分子物質(zhì)的分離、濃縮、分級(jí)、提純等具有非常的效果。在水處理領(lǐng)域, 可用于去除水中的膠體、微粒、細(xì)菌、病 毒、熱源及大分子有機(jī)物,使水得到凈化。
Ultrafiltration(UF) is one of the most widely used dishes separation technologies. It is mainly used for the separation of macromol-ecules in solution,separation,concentration,deep purification clarification sterilization hand macromolecular substance. It has an excellent effect .In the field of water treatment , it can be used to remove to remove colloids in water ,particles, bacteria, viruses, heat and macromolecules organic matter,so that water is purified.
應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域:
1)乳品、果汁、蔬菜汁等澄清、濃縮。
2)動(dòng)、植物(蘆薈、羅漢果、茶葉等)有效成分提取。
3)大豆蛋白、低聚糖、異黃酮等提取、濃縮。
4)抗生素、氨基酸、VC及其他發(fā)酵液純化、濃縮。
5)中藥(柴胡、丹參、黃芩等)注射液有效成分純化、分離。
6)多糖類(lèi)(靈芝、灰樹(shù)花、香菇等)物質(zhì)純化、濃縮。
7)熒光增白劑脫鹽、濃縮
8)電泳漆回收和清水回用
9)紡織退漿廢液中PVA回用。
Application fields:
1) Clarify and concentrate dairy products, fruit juice and vegetable juice.
