New and affordable original American Tektronix/ tek P6139B passive voltage probe
P6139B probe adopts modular structure, it is 10 times as much as high bandwidth, high impedance attenuation, 10 m Ω input impedance of the passive voltage probe. It has a small probe and sharp tip that makes it easier to detect dense circuits. The P6139B has different compensation ranges, shares the same electrical specifications, and supports the teck oscilloscope. The P6139B probe is fully compatible with all microprobe accessories.
P6139B TekProbe connector, can be connected directly to 1 m Ω enter oscilloscope BNC connector. Integrated oscilloscope and probe measuring system, with intelligent communication function, can automatically adjust scale and adjust unit on oscilloscope display.
