原 理 Principles
熱空氣切線進去干燥器底部,在攪拌器帶動下形成強有力的旋轉風場。膏狀物料由螺旋加料器進入干燥器內,在高速旋轉攪拌槳的強烈作用下,物料受撞擊、摩擦及剪切力的作用下得到分散,塊狀物料迅速粉碎,與熱空氣充分接觸、受熱、干燥。脫水后的干物料隨熱氣流上升,分級環(huán)將大顆粒截留,小顆粒從環(huán)中心排出干燥器外,由旋風分離器和除塵器回收,未干透或大塊物料受離心力作用甩向器壁,重新落到底部被粉碎干燥。

Pasty materials enter the drver from the screw feederand under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, thematerials are dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shearing force.and the massive materials are rapidly crushed, fully contacted with hot air.heated and dried. The dehvdrated dry material rises with the hot air flow, thegrading ring intercepts the large particles, the small particles are discharged outof the dryer from the center of the ring, and are recovered by the cycloneseparator and the dust remover. and the wet or lare materials are thrown to thewall of the dryer under the action of centrifugal force, and fall back to the bottomto be crushed and dried.

XSG系列旋轉閃蒸干燥機是我公司在引進吸收技術的基礎上,自行開發(fā)成功的新型干燥設備。該機技術*,設計合理,結構緊湊,適用范圍廣,生產能力大,產品質量好,效率高,節(jié)能,在一個設備內干燥、粉碎、篩分一次完成,消除環(huán)境污染,整機性能達到水平。閃蒸干燥機具有原來的軸承感應冷卻(水冷卻),設計用油泵聯接送油潤滑、冷卻軸承,密封裝置性能優(yōu)異,在主軸設計上采用半環(huán)式,電機利用調速電機,傳遞平穩(wěn)、噪聲小,使用壽命是同類產品的10倍。
XSG series rotary flash dryer is a new type of drying equipmentdeveloped by our company on the basis of introducing andabsorbing foreign advanced technologies. The machine isadvanced in technology, reasonable in design, compact instructure,wide in application range, large in production capacitygood in product quality, high in efficiency and energy-saving, anocan be dried, crushed and screened in one piece of equipmentthus eliminating environmental pollution and achievinginternational advanced performance. The flash dryer has theoriginal bearing induction cooling (water cooling). The design usesan oil pump to connect and feed oil to lubricate and cool thebearing. The sealing device has excellent performance. In thedesign of the main shaft, a semi-ring type is adopted. The motoruses a speed requlating motor, which has stable transmission, lownoise and a service life 10 times that of similar products.
