本設備采用自動懸掛鏈輸送的多工位超聲波清洗、超聲漂 洗、噴淋、飩化、烘干清洗線，主要用于清洗汽車剎車片鋼片、硅鋼片、汽車、摩托零部件等，全清洗線采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制作，依據(jù)各工序設有自動補液裝置，對液 面、溫度等工藝參數(shù)進行自動控制，對生產(chǎn)特殊情況設有緊急停車自動報警裝置。同是根據(jù)工藝不同對設備的清洗工序等進行自行調(diào)整。
The machine is a cleaning product line. It uses the auto-hanging chains to convey the parts on multi-positions through the processes including ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic washing, spray washing, passivation and drying. It is made of high quality stainless steel, and used for cleaning the brake and silicon steel sheet,the parts of cars and motorcyctes. It can automatically control the liquid level and temperature daas by compensating liquid device and adiust the cleaning process according to the difference of the technological process. It has emergency and alarm apparatus.
