CatWalk XT動(dòng)物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)包含軟硬件的完整系統(tǒng)。它使用Illuminated Footprints™技術(shù),捕獲每一個(gè)腳步的細(xì)節(jié)。通過自動(dòng)腳印分類節(jié)省您大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間。
動(dòng)物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)的核心設(shè)備是一個(gè)封閉的步行臺(tái),老鼠可以從一端走到另一端。腳印照明技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了利用高速攝像機(jī)從步行臺(tái)下方捕獲真正的腳印。
腳印照明技術(shù)甚至可以探測(cè)壓力差異,從而測(cè)量動(dòng)物體重在四腳的分配情況。

新增統(tǒng)計(jì)參數(shù)
在動(dòng)物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)9.0中除了新增的腳印測(cè)量參數(shù),用來計(jì)算坐骨神經(jīng)功能指數(shù)。另外,新的參數(shù)還有:單足支撐時(shí)間,起始雙足支撐時(shí)間,末尾雙足支撐時(shí)間。這些參數(shù)用于研究疼痛實(shí)驗(yàn)中動(dòng)物的單只和雙只后腿支撐所用時(shí)間。
足印自動(dòng)分類功能
動(dòng)物步態(tài)分析系統(tǒng)包括了足印自動(dòng)分類功能。只需按動(dòng)按鈕,系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)分類動(dòng)物步行過程中的足印。如果系統(tǒng)提示不能分類的足印,系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)突出這些足印方便您手動(dòng)標(biāo)記。前期測(cè)試結(jié)果令人印象深刻:在足印分類中節(jié)省了高達(dá)70%的時(shí)間,從而使整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)的時(shí)間也節(jié)約了50%。的物有所值!
